~If you don't Live in the USA then Follow these steps:
1)Go to ones of these USA proxies-
turbo-proxy.com/ OR proxoin.com/ OR anonr.com OR dontfilter.us/ OR webwarper.net
2)In the proxy's URL/Address bar type/paste this in:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/campaigns/prom/
3)Click Go or Hit Enter on your keyboard
4) Log onto Stardoll
5)That's it! Leave the proxy,Go to Stardoll and the should be in a "PROM" bag in your suite!
